Tibet, China City & Prefecture Boundaries
Seven cities and prefectures opening 54, above 74 counties and districts, on the same schema as the national file.

Tibet Autonomous Region at city level: 7 units, with the rest of the country drawn faintly behind them. Same fields and formats as the national file, so it drops into an existing build without a schema change.
