Jiangsu, China City & Prefecture Boundaries

Thirteen cities and prefectures coded 32, above a 95-unit county layer on the same GB/T 2260 schema as the national file.

Jiangsu Province at city level: 13 units, with the rest of the country drawn faintly behind them. Same fields and formats as the national file, so it drops into an existing build without a schema change.
