Ningxia, China administrative boundaries

Ningxia is an autonomous region with five prefecture-level cities and 22 county-level units. The county file is nine districts and 13 counties, so neither type dominates the layer. Both levels are small enough to load whole and check against a printed map in one sitting.

Codes follow GB/T 2260, names are given in English and Chinese, and county rows carry the prefecture code. Coordinates are WGS 84, and each unit has a label point and a bounding box. The five-city structure is simple, which makes the region a reasonable place to test a join or a renderer before running the same script on a larger province. Both files are small, so the whole region can be loaded at once without tiling.

Each zip has seven formats: GeoJSON, shapefile (.shx, .dbf, .prj, .cpg), SVG, DXF, GML, KML and CSV. City level $19.99, county level $39.99, download issued at payment, one-organization commercial license, 14-day refund. Either file opens in QGIS, ArcGIS or a text editor.
