Fujian is one of the smaller second levels in the catalog: nine prefecture-level cities. Under them are 84 county-level units, 31 districts and 53 counties. The city file is quick to draw; the county file is the one that matches county-level statistics.

Both are on the same schema as the national layers, with GB/T 2260 codes, English and Chinese names, label points and bounding boxes in WGS 84. Because the county file carries the prefecture code, you can color by city without a spatial join or a fuzzy name match. The nine-city layer is small enough to check against a published map in a minute, which is a reasonable first use for either file.

Seven formats are in each zip: GeoJSON, shapefile with .shx/.dbf/.prj/.cpg, SVG, DXF, GML, KML and CSV. City level costs $19.99, county level $39.99, download is immediate, the license is commercial for one organization, and refunds run for 14 days.
